About me

I'm a 19-year old from Mississauga and I'm about to enter my second year at the University of Toronto's St. George campus. It's summer now, though, so I intern full-time for MP Iqra Khalid at her constituency office.

I first started getting involved in politics back in middle school, when in 2021 an article I wrote calling out the provincial government's back-to-school plans under the pandemic was published in the Toronto Star. Since then, I've volunteered or interned for a bunch of different politicians and political organizations, including Bonnie Crombie, MPP Lee Fairclough, the LPC(O), and the OLP. Sadly, there was a time in my life when I worked for the PCs, but I've since left that far, far behind.

Outside of school, work, and politics, I like reading, spending time outdoors, and animals, but my love is writing. I'm also learning French, both at school and by myself, and I'm teaching myself graphic design too.

That's me. Thanks for reading my blog!
